Below is a current list I believe of the devices that are compatible with IOS 7. • iPhone 4 • iPhone 4S • iPhone 5 • iPad 2 • 3rd generation iPad with Retina • 4th generation iPad with Retina • iPad Mini • 5th generation iPod touch I would suggest upgrading your iPhone to perhaps a 5 or newer as whenever Apple release IOS 9 or the next update I believe the support for 4 and 4S will be dropped also but don't quote me on that! Apple may still include the 4S however I would suggest to be on the safe side go with a 5 or newer If you don't want to upgrade that's fine but you won't be able to update your software and your apps will struggle to run as well as they will require the latest IOS Version in order to operate!
