Well, I admit that you're right, I'm not sure what EQ is used for exactly, all I know is that in many other media players is an EQ setting, with presets for rock, classical, rap, bass, whatever, and when I chose one, it made certain aspects of the music more prominent, creating a better listening experience for me. Now I've downloaded some EQ presets for Foobar2000 before, but I wasn't sure if they were the best/most inclusive sets. Now I'm not sure why you don't think there are any such things, but what I'm referring to is if you open up Foobar2000 and go to View and click Equalizer. There, it seems you can make your own, save them and load them. I've found other people have upload their EQ presets.

Being that I don't know how the hell to best use the EQ I'd rather download some other ones. I'm just not sure which ones are any good.
